How is international shipping calculated?
International shipping is based on the total packed weight of your order. Select your destination and enter your address to see the applicable rate automatically at checkout.
Which currency will I be charged in?
The store may display converted prices for your location, but all orders are ultimately processed in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). PayPal or your card issuer will apply its current exchange rate and may charge a foreign transaction or conversion fee.
Will I need to pay duties or import taxes?
Import rules vary by destination. Any duties, taxes, customs clearance, or handling fees assessed by local authorities or carriers are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.
Will in-stock and pre-order items ship separately?
No. To avoid duplicate international shipping charges, the full order will ship when all pre-order items are ready. If you would like in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
What if my address is incorrect or the parcel is unclaimed?
Please review your shipping details as soon as the confirmation email arrives. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, non-collection, or unpaid duties, the original shipping fee cannot be refunded and reshipping will be charged at cost.
What if my parcel is delayed?
First check the latest status using the tracking number in your dispatch email. If there has been no update for 7 business days beyond the estimated window, email us with your order number and we will help investigate.
