How much is shipping? When is it free?

Shipping is free on Taiwan orders over NT$1,000 and international orders over NT$2,000. For shipping methods and rates by region, see our Worldwide Shipping page.

Do you ship to Hong Kong, Singapore and other countries?

Yes. We ship from Taiwan to Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, the US, Canada and more. In Hong Kong and Singapore you can also choose 7-Eleven pickup; just search for your pickup store in the address field at checkout. See Worldwide Shipping for details.

How long will delivery take?

Once your order ships, delivery takes about 2–4 business days in Taiwan, 3–8 business days for 7-Eleven pickup in Hong Kong and Singapore, and 5–14 business days for other international destinations, not including customs processing. See Worldwide Shipping for estimates by region.

Will I need to pay duties or import taxes?

Import rules vary by destination. Any duties, taxes, customs clearance or handling fees charged by local authorities or carriers are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in product or shipping prices.

What payment methods do you accept?

All orders are charged in New Taiwan Dollars (TWD). International orders can be paid with PayPal, converted at the exchange rate at the time of payment. Taiwan orders can be paid by credit card via ECPay (including Apple Pay) or bank transfer.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, use the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email on our Order Tracking page.
